Skill mana costs incorrect

The mana cost shown for a skill does not appear to take support gems into consideration.

For example, Walking Calamity reports 153 mana, but costs over 300 to cast. I assume this is because of the cost multipliers of the support gems. If so, then it should be showing what it shows to cast, not pre-calculation.
