sacrificial chamber poe 2 not showing

I've walked through several hundred temples over the course of 7-10 days, and I haven't encountered a single one. I don't believe it's a random occurrence. Is there any information about this bug? Or is it truly a matter of bad luck, and this room is simply very rare? I am unable to build my own temple, and I need your assistance.

Same problem!
I found that the Altar of Sacrifice was able to sacrifice itself. After performing the sacrifice, the Sacrifice Room continued to appear in several subsequent Temple runs. However, after some time, it stopped appearing entirely.
After that, I opened approximately one hundred Temples and did not encounter the Altar of Sacrifice again.
