Atziri's Temple "Prosthetic Research" bricked

I've had on two separate occasions an instance where slaying all enemies in a "Prosthetic Research" room simply left me trapped with the room never completing. I could respawn at checkpoint, however I can never reach the portions of my temple blocked by the broken room.
