MTX Thaumaturge's Crossbow Skin for the other crossbow skills?

Can we have red effects from the thaumaturge crossbow skills for other crossbow skills as well? I noticed that these effects only exist for lightning skills, but it would be cool to shoot normal arrows or piercing rounds with this red effect.
