"Expendable Army" passive does not work with Offerings

Expendable Army passive description is "Temporary Minion Skills have +2 to Limit of Minions summoned". Offerings are temporary, minions, and have limits (supportable by overabundance). Sadly the limit for Offering skills stays at 1. Hopefully this can be fixed, really sucks to theorycraft only to learn that things don't function as written.
