Game spams registry query trying to access non-existent key every half a milisecond

As per title, game spams RegKeyOpen to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceClasses\{ec87f1e3-c13b-4100-b5f7-8b84d54260cb}, the problem is there is no such device, but it tries it's best every half a milisecond (i assume system timer resolution value that's forced by the game)

that's a ~6% of all windows events as described by procmon, and 2/3rds of poe events
