Tavakai instant death... bug or intended?

Just lost a hard-core character to Tavakai in the first 3 seconds of the first phase of the fight. Playing as a minion witch and standing halfway across the screen from him- then suddenly death screen. No attack animation from him at all.

Character had a 2000 collective life pool, max resists, yada yada. Beat him tons of times before without a problem.

Maybe it was server lag. Maybe it was a bug.

Either way, can't play this game anymore.

Its the atrocious latency spikes, and the punishing boss design, like legit if you've never seen the boss before or faced it, you will most likely die to a dumb oneshot regardless of how safe you play

Have died to architect twice now, really have no idea wtf I'm suppost to do as each time its been when hes on 15% or below, Ill get him so close then boom I'm dead

We have no time to learn boss phases only react + a lack of visual clarity no indicators from boss like fuck, its just ridiculous and not a good or worthwhile experience
