Allow skill preview even if requirements are not met

Hi,

While playing, it can happen that one might want to check out skills from the gem cutting panel that might have unmet attribute or weapon requirements.

Currently the game will prevent you from selecting those skills and thus from watching the preview video. This is a bit frustrating and feels a little clunky (and also doesn't encourage exploration).

I think making the 'Engrave' button itself disabled, once the skill is selected, should offer a more consistent UI experience whist still allowing all skills to be previewed in game. Besides, you already have a warning message box indicating the reason for the block.

Please consider!

Cheers!

You currently have 2 options to view the video ingame.

#1: When mouse-overing the skill-of-your-interest, you can click on a small "video start" button to the very right of the attribute/level requirement line. A bit hidden, right? Beware you need to hit the Alt-key to be able to interface with the tooltip.

#2: Under Options>Game, there's "Gemcutting restrictions" which you can disable. This way, you can at least click and watch the videos without tooltip-tricks for those where the uncut gem fulfills the tier requirement, but you don't have the attributes/level for.

But I agree, QoL could be improved. :)

Would love this... Be nice to see if the juice is worth the squeeze. Especially when you're paying serious money for a 19>20, 20>21, or 20% > 23%
