Poe2 REBINDED my WASD keys at OS level

I was playing a game, nothing out of the ordinary, when I decided to lower the sound volume (the operating system volume, not the game menu volume). On my keyboard, the key combination is "Fn" + "F2". Suddenly, I couldn't move my character anymore (yes, I'm using WASD). So, I decided to restart the game and, to my surprise, I couldn't use WASD on Windows anymore either! In fact, I later realized that the WASD keys were swapped with the arrow keys.

The worst part is that, even after rebooting the system, the problem persisted. I'm only able to type "properly" now because I used the PowerToys application to rebind the keys that PoE2 messed up.

I'm attaching an image of the PowerToys configuration I had to do to resolve this situation, in case it happens to anyone else.
