Ascendancy points bugged…

I have done the first ascendancy trails on both second and third act with the Druid. I was unable to get the ascendancy points after completing the second act trail. What happens is that when I go to the altar and select shaman to insert the points, I am unable to click anything, so I go back to Oracle, and when I select any skill node there, I am sent into my skilltree. Even if I choose whatever skill other than the one named ”passive points“, where I am not able to do anything other then look around. Then when I go away from the skilltree, the character does the small gesture like receiving the skill points, and the screen once again go back to my skilltree and I still can’t do anything. So I go back to the ascendancy tab and try another skill, but the very same thing happens whichever skill I choose. I thought it was a bug only for act 2, but not o completed the one in act 3, and the same thing happens. So I am unable to apply any ascendancy points to my character. Please help.
