minion spirit reservation issue

I have 350 spirit, well over 200 int, and my minion skills will not let me summon any more than are free, I can summon 2 skeletal warriors from dark defiler, but no clerics, despite having the required stats and spirit, I've tried weapon swapping and locking sets, but nothing has worked, any help is appreciated :)
