"Game lost server contact with the realm"

Was doing a map with delirium and abyss mods at Vaal City.

After defeating the map boss, the game crashed, and I lost all the loot from the map.
My omen of light too ;(

Well, not trying to get it back just trying to find out if I'm the only one who has faced this issue. (this is my first time, btw.)

I think it's happening to many people, including me... Do maps at your own risk heh...
