Azmadi the Faridun Prince disappeared. I'm stuck in boss room.

Basically what it says.
Azmadi disappeared mid attack at about half health and just never came back.
First time fighting him so not really sure which attack. He summoned a bunch of purple swords then left.

I'm stuck in the boss room no way to teleport out or leave to my knowledge.
Exited to both character select and exited the game itself. Still in the room.
Maybe if I leave the game for enough time or use a command or something I'll be able to free myself but figured it was worth a bug report because as of this second I am COMPLETELY UNABLE to progress.

I figured out I can get out by re-spawning at checkpoint. So I am free now.
Still was worth reporting.
