Self Immolation Notable Passive Bug

The Self Immolation Notable Passive causes ignites to be reflected back to shockwave totems (tested), and maybe other totems/summons as well (not tested), even though it says 'you', but reduced magnitude of ignite on 'you' doesn't apply to your totems.
Not sure which way this is really supposed be, but it isn't consistent either way.

For extra context if needed: I am using 'Avatar of Fire' and am playing as a Warbringer warrior with the 'Answered Call' ascendancy passive.
