Holding down left mouse should continue to move items

Moving large amounts of items (e.g. skill gems) between inventories is an enormous pain at the moment. You have to keep clicking and clicking. A simple fix that would make this far less carpel tunnel inducing would be if you could hold down the left mouse button (and any modifiers you want) and it would continue to transfer items, i.e. out of the currency exchange until the order is done, or as you move over new items.

A post saying that macros for just this are allowed/not looked at would be nice in the meantime :)
