Druid Can't Use the Skill That was Waiting for It

Despite some great interaction on The Unseen Path and Forced Outcome, Mana Flare is scrap because of it's bugs.

Most important, weapon swapping breaks it with persistent skills which have Mana Flare socketed. So say goodbye to Mana Flare if you shapeshift. It only functions if you stay on the weapon set you used to cast it.

Additionally, as noted in another Oracle .4 report, it doesn't work with Blackflame Covenant. From my own testing and that of others it certainly won't poison and I've got my doubts as to whether it's even being converted to chaos with Blackflame Covenant. I thought it might be because I missed a "Your" at the beginning of BFC's description, but I didn't. It reads, "Fire spells convert 100% of fire damage to chaos damage." So, even if Mana Flare belonged to the spell that triggered it, you should still see the conversion.
