Queen of the Forest

Dear GGG Support Team,

I am writing to report a problematic interaction regarding the unique item "Queen of the Forest" (Smuggler Coat).

Currently, the item feels counter-intuitive due to the way its stats interact:

The Issue: The item has a modifier that caps Movement Speed (75%). When my character starts sprinting, the animation and "build-up" trigger correctly, but the actual velocity remains locked at the cap derived from Evasion.

The Conflict: Because the cap is so low (75%), the "Sprint" mechanic feels broken. The character attempts to accelerate, but the hard cap prevents any meaningful benefit from the sprint, making the movement feel sluggish and unresponsive.

Feedback on Balance: In my opinion, a 75% Movement Speed cap is far too low for an item that historically rewards high Evasion with mobility. At this level, the item loses its "Unique" identity and feels unattractive compared to rare alternatives, especially given how important fluid movement is in PoE2.

I would appreciate it if the team could look into how the Movement Speed cap interacts with the new Sprint mechanic, and perhaps consider raising the cap to make the item viable again.

A 75% boost is a perfectly fine cap, the real issue is that the sprint mod is (presumably) bugged and also capped at the same total despite the item specifically stating otherwise:

"Other Modifiers to Movement Speed except for Sprinting do not apply"

One would assume that you would have a 135% boost while sprinting (75+60), but are instead still capped at 75% even while actively sprinting. This means that for any character with more than 15% baseline movement speed bonus, Queen of the Forest actually makes you slower than normal while sprinting. A character with 30% movespeed boots will sprint at 90% movespeed, while a 30k evasion QOTF character will sprint at the item's cap of 75%.
