Temple: Explain to me how this isn't connecting (syntflesh and garrison)

I am trying to connect the garrison to the syntflesh lab. I do think it follows the rules of the temple and it work well in the planner. After 20 mins i tried in frustration clicking eveywhere and lost my really good role. I now see that only the commande (in game) will connect
