So there's the text on it that says target can not be rehit for .12 seconds with seemingly no way to scale that possibility down. Tried CDR, tried skill, tried combo of both...still same number in tool tip. The only scalable thing is at the rate the arrows fall down. I've gotten it to as low as .02 seconds for an arrow to drop, if that was the case only 1/6 has the possibility to hit a target. Duration changes nothing either. Question is....if you wanted to maximize the chances of each arrow hitting the same target (rares/uniques)...why would you want the arrows to fall faster? Slower would mean more of a higher ratio of hits per skill use. Kinda meh now. It can do decent damage as is if it gets shotgunned with things. Got a build cooked from the same idea of how good wolf minions get when you invest into it. But that unscalable .12 is what really holds it back.
