Forgotten Bounty - Shrike Island: Map Missing

Cleared Kedge Bay and picked up torn map piece, and prior to turning in the first map piece, I visited Shrike Island. When interacting with Makoru to turn in first map piece, it let me click Second Map Piece, acting as if I had the other in my inventory. Since then, I cannot find the Shrike Island piece anywhere. There's no map indicator, no green text, no corpse nest.

I've reset the instance 5x to no avail and full cleared, scouring every inch of the map.

All other pieces found with no issue (Whakapanu, Isle of Kin).

I'm having the same or similar issue.

I did never find the map on Shrike Island, on my first run of the Island. I've found the once in Whakapanu Island and Kedge Bay (not done Isle of Kin yet).
Edit: Nvm, I've run Shrike Island a second time now and found it.

Edit: So, either, it's a bug if you have found a map on either Whakapanu Island or Kedge Bay so it blocks Shrike Island's map piece.
Or, it's a bug that if you have found at least 2 pieces it somehow thinks one of the 2 pieces should be Shrike Island's map piece (without checking which of the map pieces you have gotten).
