Overcharge reflects Lightning Exposure

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature.

But when you are using Overcharge, the reflected shock means Lightning Exposure support also hits YOU, because it doesn't differentiate between enemy targets and you. It only says it inflicts Exposure onto targets shocked by the skill.

Not sure if you want to keep it how it is, or amend Lightning Exposure gem to only expose ENEMY targets shocked.
