recombination didnt carry over the fracture

I wanted to craft myself a talisman so i fractured a +7 melee skills. I got myself a t1 physical damage and recombined it with that the recombination was successful but the fracture didnt carry over which always happens with other items when i succesfully recombine. thankfully i was making a video for my youtube channel at the time so you can see the video footage of it at 29:26

please fix this issue and let me have the item thats rightfully mine i was successfull in the recombination i will stop playing the game so its easier for you guys to fix the issue
