PoE2 Critrate Bug?

Hola, Rn my Falling Thunder is "Stuck" at 43.03% Critrate.

In Maps with Stuff like Charge Regulation it should be at 85-90% but it CLEARLY isnt.
It is hardstuck reskilling reequipping and all that didnt help, even got a new skillgem.
Just a Visual issue? It decreases once i unskill Notes but it doesnt go up at the point of 43.03% ...
Pls help im so mad
