Over 100% converted damage in Call of the brotherhood topaz ring

Hi, i used corruption on Call of the brotherhood topaz ring and got "114% of lightning damage converted to clod damage". When i check my dps, its the same with not corrupted ring. Mabye this dmg is not calculated in dps? Is my final dmg increased by 14%? Or this changed nothing?

But there is: "if converted to modifiers sum up to over 100...", but i dont have sum of many item, i have one item. But i guess this change nothing? Its stupid that in one item some part of the statistic can be ignored.
