My main character got a "name ban" and since then I get low content on maps

I was having fun in the global chat the other day and I got timed out for 10 minutes from the chat, then a mod banned my character name cause he got offended by it I guess.
I had to change the name and got back grinding. But since then I realized that my maps lacked of content beside the one I put on the precursor tablet.
Anyone else got the same issue? I tried to log in with my second character and seems to have more content on maps then my main. (I tried tens of maps with both characters)
Also my character seems to be squishy, it seems also that my heals doesnt work properly, everything since the ban. I'm maybe wrong of the squishy and heals thing but I'm 100% sure that the maps are on low content.

2. No you are not being bullied by GGG Devs.
4. there is no loot switch that devs/mods pull to determine who is or is not allowed to get good loot. Nor would they do this to your character.
