Bugged at The Search Quest please help

My character Sparkytreis defeated Tavakai but after hooded one comes and I have the quest to whitness how he cures them it gets stuck and nothing happens.

Same issue I had to reset the instance twice, log off the game (and redo the fight twice) before being able to move forward.
