Bug with Freya post campaign

Hi,

I recently realised that I was missing two passive skills being at 95 level and having 22 weapon skills. I went through all the passives in campaign (POE 2) and realised Freya wasnt dead. And there is no option to ask Tujen to start the campaign in order to be able to complete and be able to get my two points.

I contacted the support, and they gave me the answer that the support cannot solve technical problems through mail and I needed to contact the forum and Maybe some of the developers can look at it but they cannot promise.

Will I get any help in here?

My char name is MalonaCold and it is in the league of the Vaal normal softcore.
