Hiden curse limitation ?

Hello,

In the 0.4 patch, I’m playing a build with Temporal Chains that applies 112% slow.
However, the white monsters still move, which I find confusing.

I’m aware of the 15% less damage on blue monsters, 30% on yellow, and 50% on bosses.

But here, I’m talking about white monsters.

Does anyone have an explanation for this?

Also, I’ve noticed that the effectiveness of curses seems much weaker than expected. I’m wondering if there’s a hidden cap on how much curse effectiveness can scale that’s not mentioned anywhere.
