how do i create a post to go directly on forums not just a thread reply. no one on the internet seems to understand what i am going for. not looking to make a post in thread but make a post directly to the FORUM

This forum doesn't support uncategorised posts à la Discourse. You can choose whether to create a new thread, post in an existing thread, or send another person a PM.
