Vaal Crystals not updating

Upon completing the temple, my last two runs on a new character are not updating my total crystals when I take the medallion. I only just noticed the last 24 hours.

I have the exact same thing happening.
When I pick up the medallions that are supposed to upgrade my crystal capacity or medallion capacity after killing the architect, it doesn't upgrade the capacity.

Fate of the vaal quest doesn't complete.

I've ran the temple multiple time with "monster level: 81" and "monster level: 80", but the quest doesn't complete.

The quest says to: "Defeat the Royal Architect in Atziri's Temple at level 75 or higher."

Please fix this, I have spent hours working my way through this.

Same thing here. This has happened on multiple characters and happen multiple times on the same character.

I have tried to redeem right away when getting it and also try waiting until the next time I opened a temple and it has bugged both times and not given me anymore crystal capacity.
