Game crashes

I keep having crashes on bosses using Whirling Assault as Titan.

Both instances I dropped 2 Bells and had Charged Staff and Mantra of Destruction active and it seemed to crash as soon as I hit Whirling Assault after that setup.

It’s incredibly frustrating and I lost a lot of progress including a Trial Master fight…

It just crashed 3 times during Xesht with zero setup. Whirling Assault alone was enough to crash it
