Weapon disappears mid-map

Hi,

I’m posting to report an issue a friend of mine experienced, which was very frustrating for him.

While mapping, his bow suddenly disappeared. During the map his skills stopped working, and when he checked his character, the weapon slot was empty. There was no warning or error message.

From what we could observe:

The bow was not dropped

No inventory interaction occurred

It appeared to disappear unexpectedly

After looking into it, we found multiple reports on the forum and Reddit describing the same behavior, which suggests this may be a known issue that has not yet been resolved.

He contacted support immediately.
Shortly afterward, he received a response stating that items cannot be restored. We understand the general policy, but given that this appears to be a bug, the situation was understandably discouraging.

He invested a significant amount of time and effort into his character and equipment, and losing it in this way has been very demotivating. He is now considering whether to continue playing.

Losing items due to gameplay mistakes is understandable.
Losing them due to a potential bug is much harder to accept.

If there is any possibility to review or investigate this case, it would be greatly appreciated.
