Pain Attunement + Serpent's Lesson Bug/Oversight

I know this isn't a bug so much as it's an oversight but oh well i've found zero other posts on this topic anyhow

While using Pain Attunement (30% less Crit damage bonus on full life, 30% more crit damage bonus on low life) and Serpent's Lesson Tonal Focus (You count as Low Life while at 35% of mana or below) and below 35% of maximum mana and at full life, pain attunement bugs out and considers you to be on full life only and thus only gives you the 30% less crit damage bonus.

Therefore either pain attunement should be changed to cancel itself out in this situation OR the serpent's lesson focus should be changed to force the player to be considered at low life ONLY rather than being low life AND full life (when below 35% mana) as it is right now
