Vaal temple rooms disappeared mid chain after temple patch

I had a single 30 rooms chain blocked, and i logged in after today's patch to find out that half of the chain disappeared. The first half is safe, but now i have rooms of the second half left spread all over the map that I can't access to. The game used to remove the final rooms of the chain, it had to let you access to every room left. Nice patch.. next run i'm gonna loose another 8 rooms.
Now i know i won't get anything restored, but this is how you ruin someone experience
