Please fix Ghost dance cost efficiency with 20 % quality

Not sure what happened but the cost of ghost dance is 25 instead of 24. This severely hurt my build as i had my spirit down to the point and now i cannot use this. This happened sometime recently not quite sure when. All i did was change my atlas tree and put everything back on now it cost 25 instead of 24. I tried using other gems and quality them. still 25.
