Lunar Blessing self-disables for about 2 seconds

When i use Lunar Blessing, i can't use any of my other skills for about 2 seconds. I however can bypass this if i animation cancel Lunar blessing via dodge rolling right after. This is very annoying cause i basically self cc and i died on multiple ocassion cause i couldnt use my pounce for mobility or attack the enemies that are all around me.

Please make it so Lunar Blessing doesnt cancel other things when used,
or stop using them afterwards.

This doesn't happen always, sometimes it works just fine.

Also:
There is also a bug where if you dodge roll too early, Lunar Blessing goes on cooldown, but you dont get the buff. Thats pretty fatal when it takes like 20 seconds to get it and wolf is heavily reliant and balanced around having the Blessing Up.
