Keep crashing in act 2 around the same areas POE 2

I keep crashing when I get around areas with dots on the minimap in act 2 added a youtube video of it ive crashed about 20 times here and have to wait for the map to reset if I try to log on right after it crashes on the same toon it crashes in the loading screen it did this on another toon I leveled like a week or 2 ago I verified the files of poe2 and tried to change my graphics to directx 11 and vulkan and neither worked. Im new to poe not sure if this is common or not or if its a bug but not fun to deal with. https://youtu.be/y80HwgE0yoc
