[Video] "Tolerant Equipment" Passive is bugged 0.4.0c

Tolerant Equipment - "Immune to Poison if equipped Helmet has more Evasion Rating than Armour"

1. I am wearing a helmet that has higher evasion than armour.
2. I stand in a poison puddle and am poisoned. I am getting the poison debuff.

Any chance this can be fixed this league? not often I go for this node :D <3


My random probably ignorant thoughts on why this is bugged:
1. I have a headpiece that was corrupted with armour. Maybe there's a hard check against a database of items that don't normally have armour. I specifically tried to make this work with corruption?

2. Poison puddle is considered aoe damage and not an ailment. Although poison, per the tooltip, is an ailment. In my opinion there is certainly some sort of verbiage change needed here at the minimum if this is an intended interaction.
