volcanic fissure jagged ground support shockwave totem = Dropped frames to single digits

Just messing around with old builds and used a common combo of abilities for some more damage. Unfortunately the moment I add Jagged Ground 1 or 2 support gem to valcanic fissure and use shockwave totem(4 of them) my Fps Deeps to single digits.

Here are my specs for my pc, been told I have a Potato Pc.

Cpu: Amd Ryzen 9 7950x 16-core
Gpu: Nvidia RTX 4090
Ram: DDr5 64gb
MB: Asus TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS Wifi
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2tb


PS. Also joined friends and they also had huge drops in fps when I started using the combo.
