Cannot recovery above 50%, prevents Zealoth's oaths regen applying to ES when above 50% life

The exact wording is "Life and Energy shield cannot recover over 50%", but it acts as "Life and Energy shield cannot recover when over 50%". Recovery should not be disabled just because life is over 50% according to the current wording.
