Bone Shrapnel does not proc with any abilities of Varashta's minions.

I've tried several Varashtas minion skills and none of them activate Bone Shrapnel, not even Kelari's Malection, even though it's in the recommended support gems.

Also, Ruzhan doesn't proc his attacks when using gems like Bone Cage.
