Artificial Latency Client/Server Desync

It appears that when you take an action too quickly after enter a map, at least the Vaal Temple, it's like the client and server become somewhat de-synced. Every second or so you'll see a spike in network latency, I'm assuming this is based on your game loop pulses. This latency continues until you die or possibly leave and come back, but since I've only replicated it on the Vaal Temple and you can't leave and come back, so I am not able to test if that part fixes it, but I assume it would.
