Tactician's Supporting Fire Cooldown

The Tacticians "Supporting Fire" ability sometimes goes on permanent cooldown if you get over a certain amount of cooldown recovery.

Does not happen when I only use Bidding II Support and tree nodes, but when I get more CDR using the Undying Hate node "Ambivalent Command".

In addition to that the skill sometimes ignores all CDR and goes on full cooldown.

Issues seem to be related to getting light stunned after using it.

Also dodge rolling in a certain time frame after using the ability sometimes cancels it.
