Game crashed reverted progress and delted my items

The game crashed while in a temple, it reverted the experience I gained from the temple and map and made me lose the map but worst of all i changed my weapon to an upgrade as well and after the revert it just deleted it and had me wearing my old weapon that was substantially worse, I cant even buy a weapon as good as what I lost, I dont even want to play your stupid game anymore. Your support group also just blew me off. Terrible experience overall.
