Act 4 Heart of the Tribe Rare Mob

Harano, the Meat Carver has buffs "All Damage Chills" "Hinder Aura" and "Chaos Resistant." He had Proximal Tangibility a minute ago. I can't get by him and try to fight him. He spams blood erruptions on the ground. His first club attack stuns me and then he slams me twice more while I bleed to death from unavoidable damage. I just died 3 times in a row to basically being one-shotted by this guy. There's challenge, then there's busted. This is something busted.
