marble statue mtx makes you stuck in well of souls

standing in well of souls revealing an item
statue mtx kicks in because im standing still
drop item into well

now i cannot move
cannot interact with well of souls
cannot town portal
cannot interact with my minions or skills

and my item is gone, it was probably the best thing i'd ever crafted

ive submitted multiple reports where this mtx causes this same behavior in different areas in the game
