gamecrash caused by coop play with Disciple of Varashta

As the title already says i've noticed an extremely increased rate of game crashes linked to group play, specially with a disciple of varashta. specifically if the coop player is not in direct sight and uses the skill Kelari's Deveption, my game crashes with high probability. I'm using the DirectX12 renderer if that's important.
