Kurgal's Leash and Varashta's Blessing not working correctly with Djinns of Varashta

by a lot of trial and error, I figured out the reason why Kurgal's Leash doesn't work with Djinns: only the base skill of each of them counts as a command skill for them (Kelari's Brutality, Ruzhan's Brand and Navira's Embrace)

As for Varashta's Blessing, it doesn't work at all with Djinns, nor minions at all, but sees all command skills normally if supporting a spell gem
