Missing/deleted stash items in co-op

Hi,
We need your help please.

My partner and I were playing on Xbox (L1ndros88#1087), and on Standard League.

We both had the Stash open at the same time. We had saved up 71 Exalted Orbs (accumulated over various characters) and wanted to use them. In the Stash, it said "71/20".

I selected them and held Y button to "Unstash". This has the effect of moving them into my partner's inventory, but only 20 appeared in my partner's inventory. The remaining 51 are gone.

I was confused and tried to move "Chaos Orb", and moved it the same way above (held Y button with both it inventories open). I do not know how many of the Chaos Orbs we lost, but I think there are some missing as well, as we now only have "20/20".

Finally, I decided to purposefully test and reproduce the issue. We had "24/20" of "Orb of Alchemy". Again, I held Y button and again it transferred 20 into my partner's inventory, but again the remaining 4 just disappeared.

We spent hours and hours collecting these Orbs. Can you please help restore our account to the original numbers?
