Benedictus, first herald bug

I was in excavation site and killed the boss but i died at the same time , will i was dead i watched the whole scene, when i respawn the boss does the rock scene and teleports to another place not in excavation site and the excavation door doesnt open.
Its blocking my progession and i cant pass this part of the story
